On-time Performance and Push Notifications

While CST has a stellar on-time performance record of 98.9 percent there are other times when traffic delays or inclement weather slows drivers down. The RideCST app can help alleviate anxiety by providing push notifications precisely when students are picked up and dropped off.

If a vehicle experiences mechanical difficulties and the driver cannot complete the route, the driver can use the app to transfer the route to another driver. In cases like this, the family or caregiver will be notified and provided with updated arrival information as well as the new driver’s name.

  1. Set up your account by opening the app and click “Log In.”

  1. Sign in to your account using your email address – you must use the same email address you provided to your school or district.

  1. On the “sign in” screen click “forgot password” to get an email link that will allow you to reset (be sure to check your spam folder for an email from technology@drivecst.org.)
