The New CST is Here 🎉

Hello Team! Hopefully you had a meaningful and relaxing break - we are so excited for the new year and for a new season here at CST. We have a few huge updates to share!

New Domain, New Message, New Look

Say goodbye to the longest domain ever created - say hello to drivecst.org. Along with a new domain we have revamped the site into a simpler message and intention.

We want to look at the new year as an opportunity to center ourselves around this common goal - Stability for Every Student. We know that school is a critical support structure for children - providing access to meals, friendships, mentorships, safety, and of course - education.

Our Credo

Alongside our external focus, we have written a credo to act as a north star to guide our interactions with each other and to give language to who we aim to be as a company. You can read the credo here - drivecst.org/credo.

Systems Focus - Asana + Slack

We will be centralizing the work we do and where we do it. Some things won’t change, and some things will. We recognize that change can be bumpy, but in an effort to stay connected and focused in a remote office system - we want to clean some processes up and streamline others. Look for more in the coming months.
